History: She was born as the middle sister to a researcher and his wife. Her mother and father were both researchers, and while they tried to impart their passion to their children, only Leela ever joined them in their pursuits. She has since watched her older sisters and both of her younger sister marry. She, meanwhile, has relocated to a new facility in order to learn more about the native dragons of Ershan and how to combat them as they have recently taken to attacking a newer settlement across the sea from her original home. In her research, she has acquired her faithful companions who do not seem to mind her examinations or explorations of their bond. Recently, however, she has detected a dragon's ernergy signature that will match well with Ershan's and hopefully lead to further discoveries.

Presentation: Leela stepped forward before the great multi-headed dragon. Although she presented a calm facade, she had to admit that the sight of rather unhappy mother was rather intimidating. Still, it was always best to approach situations like this with a cool head and logical arguments at the ready. When she deemd that she was close enough, she bowed to the dragon mother and laid out the reasons for her presence while her winged friends perched on her shoulders.

"Great Nairyg Na'carrah, I would like to present myself to you as a candidate for bonding one of your children. While I certainly understand your reticence in parting with any of your children, as no mother ever wishes to do so, I can assure you that your child would be safe with me. Although I am a researching dragons, I would never put your child in harm's way without their consent, and until they are old enough to consent, you can rest assured that they will be protected to the best of my ability."

"You must be wondering why I am specifically asking for one of your children and not another dragon's. The fact of the matter is that your children seem to possess an energy signature that is compatable with my own homeworld. There, a new colony has been beset by the dragons that are natural to that land. While we have attempted to reason with them, as they are sentient creatures, they are evil minded and refuse all movements towards peace. We have, therefore, been forced to defend ourselves."

"If your child wishes, they may train to battle these dragons as others of the colony have, but that is not a requirement to live there. It will be completely up to the dragon if they wish to fight or not. Many choose to as they love their home, but not all do."

"I hope that since your child's energy signature matches well with my home that I will be able to learn more about the dragons natural to it in an attempt to find a way to protect my home. Again, I assure you that your child will not be harmed in any of my research. My small friends here can attest to it as I have studied them as well. I hope you will find me a worthy caretaker of one of your children, and I thank you for listening to me," she finished before stepping back and waiting.
