History: She was born as the youngest child and only daughter of a prosperous man and his wife. Her three elder brothers are extremely well-known and successful in their chosen crafts, so her parents have always had high hopes that she would be just as successful. Unfortunately, she was only ever able to achieve average results, at best, in any of the more feminine arts. Since her mid-teens, her parents have ignored her for the most part, thinking of her as rather useless to them until she can be married off to someone powerful. However, they have not been able to find a suitor that both suits their high standards and is willing to accept her as a bride. During her many lessons, she did discover a love of the written word and a strong talent for calligraphy and could often be found with her nose buried in scrolls and records of history. When her parents finally found a much older, but powerful, gentleman willing to marry her, she ran away from home and sooon met a scholar in a rather similar position. The two became fast friends and have travelled together ever since in search of knowledge and ancient records. It was on one of their journeys that her friend found an abandoned nest of fairy drak eggs, which is how she came by King. She is looking forward to visiting Ryslen, reading all about its history, and seeing her friends one more.
